“Stunning luxury beachfront villa ”
I was able to enjoy a stay with my family at the Akatsuki villa this July. The villa is beautifully designed and set on one of the most picturesque beach settings with amazing sunset views. Jack and the staff were amazing and made us all feel very much at home during the stay. The food was amazing with a great menu to choose from to keep all the family happy. Thank you villa Akatsuki for the wonderful stay and we hope to visit again.

“Truly exceptional!”
We were a bit skeptical to book at first due to the price but just ecstatic that we chose this villa. The attention to detail is excellent! The villa manager and staff are amazing, the bedrooms are spotless and the beach in front of the villa is pristine. With the amazing service and loads of amenities, this villa is all worth it.

The Team at Akatsuki is Superb! We feel so well looked after by Jack, Ning, Keaw, Boo, Ung and Beer, not to mention can-do-anything Nerng and Night time expert Wu. P’ Em’s food was exceptional, especially her crab cakes and special dimsum.

“A Touch of Paradise”
A heartfelt Thank you to Jack, Nina and the entire team at Villa Akatsuki. We felt apart of the family, the service was incredible and super friendly. The food was plentiful and amazing and the ambience and setting felt like being in paradise. We leave feeling very relaxed and looking forward to visiting again.

“First rate villa with exemplary service.”
Renting villas via the internet can sometime be hit and miss. Reviews are useful but different people have differing expectations and one persons 5 star is another person 2. The combination of a quieter west coast location and the clear Japanese influenced aesthetic were what attracted us to this property initially. The property and the service did not disappoint, Kuhn Jack and Nina run a very effective operation, succeeding in being highly attentive but not intrusive. The food was exceptional, so much so that prior restaurant reservations were hastily cancelled to allow us to gorge on Em’s fine Thai fare. The 2 kgs that I accumulated in 8 days attested to its quality and quantity! I looked hard to find fault with this package and failed. Highly recommended.

“Luxury, Privacy & Beach”
For our annual boys trip our requirements were simple – “Luxury, Privacy & Beach” and Villa Akatsuki delivered us all the above three.
We were picked up by the manager jack from the airport and we reached the villa after a drive about 45 min and were warmly welcomed by the entire staff of 8, we were simply blown away by breathtaking architecture of Villa Akatsuki as we step into this elegant Thai villa which is located on beachfront and offers a full panoramic view of enchanting Lipa Noi bay.
The MAIN highlight of the villa is amazing staff including villa manager Jack, Asst Manager Ning, we had amazing breakfast out door daily & one evening has an amazing barbecue cooked by chef Yada and not to forget house keeper who made our laundry daily thus making our stay at Villa Akatsuki a memorable one.
Villa Akatsuki is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean’s breeze & forget all the worries of this world & feel how blessed you are to enjoy this amazing villa.
